This weekend workshop includes 2x 2.5 hour classes. Saturday and Sunday 9-11.30am. Attendance for both sessions is mandatory. By the end of the programme you will have learnt the entire sequence of Surya Kriya, so you can take it home and integrate it as part of your daily life.
